(Day One)
Depart from either Phoenix or Flagstaff. Travel through the Navajo Indian Reservation en route to Lake Powell.  Stop at Historic Cameron Trading Post and continue north while viewing the spectacular Vermillion Cliffs. View the Colorado River below and Marble Canyon afar, where the Grand Canyon white water rafting trips begin.  Visit the town of Page overlooking the Glen Canyon Dam and have lunch at the famous Wahweap Lodge. Continue on to Monument Valley viewing spectacular monoliths, unusual scenery and views of Navajo Mountain. Travel the awe inspiring 17-mile loop within Monument Valley.   Spend the night at the historic Goulding’s Trading Post.

(Day Two)
Experience the sunrise over Monument Valley and have a hearty Native American breakfast. Continue on to Canyon De Chelly and visit the inner canyon via open-air truck tour from Thunderbird Lodge. Travel and tour the famous Hubble Trading Post and Home en route to the Hopi Villages. Visit First and Second Mesas. Have traditional Hopi food for lunch at the Hopi Cultural Center. Enjoy the opportunity to visit with some of the great Hopi artisans such as the Nampeyo family. View the oldest continually inhabited site of North America, Old Oraibi. Return to Flagstaff or Phoenix via the spectacular volcanic domes and the San Francisco Peaks at sunset.
